Fate
intervened when Bipasha recoiled and passed when dissecting a rat. Thus
ended her dream of being a medical professional. She was enrolled in
the science faculty up to 12th standard, but then changed to commerce.
After getting degree in Commerce she planned to be a chartered
accountant, but eventually ended up being the Ford Supermodel of the
World, when she was 17 years.
Bipasha
was born on 7th January,1979 in New Delhi. then the Basu family shifted
to Kolkata. Bipasha is the second of three sisters, born and raised in a
Hindu Bengali family, who fluent in Hindi, English and Bengali. The
names of her sisters are Bidisha and Bijoyeta. Incredible as it may
sound, sexy Bipasha was called "ugly" in younger years due to her dark
complexion. Her name means " Dark Deep Desire," and is also the name of a
river.
After the triumph of a supermodel Ford, she went on to be crowned Miss Vivacious sponsored by Tulips.
Bipasha
made her career in Bollywood with 'Ajnabee' in 2001 and then a place
for herself in the tinsel world. She continued in "Raaz", "Jism" "No
Entry", "Phir Herapheri" ,”Corporate” and “Dhoom” 2 ". All of these
films may very well at the box office and increased her position not
only as an actress, but one who can dare to bare."Dhoom 2" also credits
her as playback singer.
She also appeared in two music videos and was one of the judges of the Femina Miss India 2004 pageant.
